Total Circuits/ DJ Circuits:

Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
A form of body conditioning that combines endurance training and resistance training using different stations, equipment and time intervals.

D-Fine Shine/ DJ PRIME TIME/ D-Fine Prime Time/ High-Low Glow/ Kick ‘n Hit/ Total Tone:

Intermediate, Advanced
A total body toning and fat-burning cardio class.

Buttz ‘n Gutz:

Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
A class focused primarily on isolated leg and glute workouts combined with ab burning core workouts.

Booty Camp:

Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
An entire class devoted to toning the lower half of your body with a mixture of strength training and cardio workouts.

HIIT/ HIIT Drills/ HIIT Circuit:

Intermediate, Advanced
High intensity interval training, alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

DJ Boxing/ DJ Boxing Drills:

Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
A boxing circuit class combining fat-burning cardio workouts with high intensity boxing. Boxing gloves are recommended.

Core and More/ Crunch and Burn:

Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
An isolated toning and cardio core workout that focuses on every aspect of your midsection.
